Dear Sirs
A package containing documents was posted from the Singapore to me. This package was scanned in Johannesburg on 16th July 2013. As of today's date 26th July 2013, this package has not been received. From last two days I am trying customer call centre number, but couldn't get hold of anyone while lines always being busy. The obvious question here - is our post office functional or does it have a deliberate policy of not delivering by hand to essential Johannesburg addresses?
The item hasn't seemed to have moved from WITSPOS hub. This is highly unacceptable.
Could some please give me answers? Absolutely shocking!!!
