After the postal strike had ended in April, it seemed as though the post office had gotten its act together. But since the beginning of June I have received mail only 4 times:

I don't know what the policy is on how often mail delivery should take place (if they even have such a policy, I don't know either.) When I inquired at a local branch what the problem was, I was told that there is no problem. I then gave the dates of my mail delivery and the clerk said that these dates are not accurate. I know for a fact that they are accurate, as I write the dates of mail delivery down, as I need to give responses of the mail that I have received to other postcard swappers around the world. When I asked whether getting a PO Box would be faster, the response came: "No, they are striking again." Whether this is true,
With service like this, it is no wonder that SAPO finds itself in such financial trouble.
