Firstly, I want to compliment Mantality on their website and ease of doing business with them. There is however one thing that really annoyed me.
I took the quick checkout root, went through the steps 1, 2, 3 and did not notice the delivery charge or method of delivery. Step 4 was payment and usually (with other sites) you then get asked about delivery method. I didn't and thought that it was included in my charge for R230 as no charge was indicated (that I noticed). I did not expect to pay nothing, because I know that eBucks charges R55 for courier delivery which is quite reasonable. When I paid it didn't show the amount and I received a SMS from bank for a charge of R330. When I went back to the checkout page I could see the delivery fee as well as options to choose delivery method. My problem with the system is that it defaults to FedEx courier for R100 and it almost felt as if it was hidden from me. If I saw that I would have chosen the overnight R70 option. R30 is not a lot of money, but it influenced my experience that I had with Mantality.
