Very disturbing incident happened today. Responded to the advert for the whistling kettle advertised for R349. On the specifications it stated national delivery included (printed a copy of this page). When I proceeded to the checkout there was a delivery fee added!! Phoned the offices was told this could not be correct that delivery was included when I directed Liandra to the page she stumbled and could not provide a reasonable explanation. Within a minute the webpage was altered and now the "delivery included" was removed.
This is false advertising and will be taking this furthe
