I bought the H1 destiny phone got it last week, tonight 21st lying in bed reading a book there the phones screen went half yellow and then died, this is totally unacceptable really, I don't want this phone repaired I want a new phone still in this week no later as the 24th as this is a bad reflection on your product.
I expect someone to phone me tomorrow to sort this out and not to be ignored like my other email sent before.
I still have my K93 that's not working; I have logged a call 3 month ago and still waiting for this phone to be collected is this going to be the same story.
I really feel like I am getting disappointed by your service a lot lately, what you are going to do about your customer service.
