A few weeks ago, I contacted factory direct beds to query the possibility that my bed was causing me some discomfort in my back.
The owner, Marlon, sent his guys to collect my mattress, made some minor adjustments (after explaining there were no faults) and had the mattress returned to my house at his expense.
It turns out it was my car that causing the problems, but Marlon definitely went the extra mile when he knew full well there was actually nothing wrong with the mattress!
Thanks for the brilliant service, I will definitely deal with them again!!!
