My account not credited

I signed up as a consultant with Avon at the beginning of July 2013. My first payment reflected the incorrect account number (my error). I immediately contacted them, sending proof of payment, explaining my mistake etc but to date, more than a month later, 32 emails, 10 faxes, 5 hours on the phone, NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE.
