I had a complaint regarding my mattress which was purchased by Beds4u 3 years ago, The bed is completely worn out after just three years which clearly means it's a poor quality mattress. I have a wife that is 8mnths pregnant who has been complaining about her back hurting due the mattress being worn out and she cannot even sleep properly on the mattress. There is stains on the mattress and we've tried to clean it however it cannot be removed. They were ready to collect the mattress this morning however refused to upon arrival due to the stains as ''their factory works not being allowed to touch a dirty mattress'' this is besides the point. I contacted the branch and spoke to the owner who was down right just rude and did not portray any form of CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL, I was told not to make my problem his problem and to top it up he dropped the call on me aswell. I have a copy of this call made to him, this is really pathetic service. I even asked him where I can get the mattress cleaned and he told me he doesnt know and to look in the paper and not make it his problem, and this coming from a company who call themselves specialists in Beds? SHOCKED AT THE PATHETIC SERVICE RECEIVE
