After purchasing the bed and base set from factory direct Within 4 months the feet of the base had buckled under. The base also made creaking sounds and was unstable when picking it up. With contacting the guy in the factory he had stated that they being factory direct were using a new supplier and that they found it not to be of satisfactory quality and changed back to old supplier.(knowing this why did they continue selling those bed and base sets?) Then a base of different colour was delivered. When I queried this I received hostile attitude from the factory guy and were not willing to do anything about this. Left we angry and frustrated!
