Missing parcel

I'm waiting for a parcel from the UK.

Parcel has been sent on 13.02.2013, and it was supposed to come in a weeks time. It's now 24.04.2013 and I still didn't get the parcel.

The parcel has been in Jim C Air, priority parcels since 10.03.2013 from 10:50 am. I know it's in the country because it says "JHB INT MAIL CENTRE (HUB)" but it hasn't moved in almost two months!

Please advise when I will receive my parcel or what I need to do to collect.
