200m of binding was purchased on a COD basis. The binding was found to be too wide and there was an attempt to exchange the unused binding with its original documentation for a narrower one. There are clear notices stating a no returns policy, but there is simply no excuse for curt, forceful manners and the refusal to allow access to a more senior person who might be able to waive the policy with the given circumstances. This complaint is about the rudeness of the person and his refusal to allow access to any of his superiors. His words were "I am senior enough to deal with this matter". I use this product continually in the production of bags I produce and will not be going back to this company for any of their products.
