GROUPON DOESN'T HONOR RETURNS POLICY

I ordered a 5 head razor. When it arrived, i tried it on a patch of hair. it hardly worked. i had charged it fully... it was just a product. i wanted to research it to find out if it was good beforehand but groupon did not include the BRAND of the product in the deal or ad. The item was SUNBEAM which we only found out on delivery.

Return Policy:
Notify [Email Removed] within 7 days of delivery. Returns are accepted only if in original packaging. Opened packages will not be accepted for returns. Defective products need to be returned for an exchange of product.

We launched a return request 3 days later (within 7 days)
With original packaging

NO mention of not returning the product because of hygiene standards. I offered different solutions - exchange for a current deal on a phillips razor, give us credit and return the product... i got 12 emails of useless saying they wouldn't take it back.

Groupon breached contract and the consumer protection act: faliure to inform the consumer (the brand was left off so people would buy it, though if i had known it was sunbeam i would not have), and breach of returns policy - as they failed to stipulate any hygiene clause
