Unprofessional looking bound product

Don't risk taking a document in triplicate that it has taken hours to collate to this branch for binding. They change the orientation of pages, making the final product look unprofessional! Brought it to their attention, yes they offered to print and re-bind the sections. But that would mean I would have to collate them again. Really, have someone who takes more care doing the binding. Simple!
