In 2008 I paid Eskom R5100.00 as a deposit for a transformer to be installed at my place, which they did. On the 28 March 2012 they changed it from the transformer to prepaid. After I have paid the final statement they were suppose have paid me back my deposit which they did not until I started enguiring about it. They are giving me run around. Can you help me to get it.
