ESKOM NEGLECT TO RECONNECT POWER AND POOR SERVICE

ESKOM CHARGED ME A SECURITY DEPOSIT OF R17000. FOR THAT WE HAVE ALMOST DAILY POWER FAILURES THAT I CANNOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT AND HAVE TO OP TO ESKOM's BAD SERVICE DELIVERY WHICH, IN MY OPINION, THEY OVERCHARGE HIGHLY ANYWAY (BEFORE ONE UNIT OF ELECTRICITY ARE USED, YOU ALREADY OWE THEM R800!)
MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN SHORT PAID WITH R1000 - PLEASE NOTE: NOT NON-PAYMENT; ONLY SHORT PAID WITH R1085. WHILE THEY HAVE A SECURITY DEPOSIT OF R17000 THEY DISCONNECTED OUR POWER FOR A LOUSY SHORT PAYMENT OF R1085 PLUS CHARGED US A RIDICULOUS AMOUNT OF R1200 RECONNECTION FEES! I HAVE PAID THE SHORT PAYMENT OF R1085 PLUS THE RECONNECTION FEES OF R1200 AND SENT THE PROOF OF PAYMENT PLUS MADE ABOUT TEN PHONE CALLS TODAY. I WAS TOLD THAT THEY WOULD CALL ME BACK, IT IS NOW 22h00 AT NIGHT - THE POWER IS STILL NOT CONNECTED AND NOBODY HAS CALLED ME BACK.
I AM OF THE OPINION THAT 1, IF THEY HAVE MY SECURITY DEPOSIT OF R17000 AND I DID PAY MY ACCOUNT SHORT WITH R1085; THEY ARE REALLY UNREASONABLE TO DISCONNECT THE POWER 4 SHORT PAYMENT; 2. EVEN MORE UNREASONABLE TO CHARGE A R1200 RECONNECTION FEE AND 3. NOT TO RECONNECT IT OR CALL BACK AS PROMISED 4. NOR REIMBURSE ME FOR ALL POWER FAILURES ON THEIR SI
