I have been calling Eskom for the past two months requesting for them to call me about the deposit amount for electricity for the building I rent they are charging me R17500 deposit although I only use R2500 electricity a month when I inquire they say they calculate according to the size of the building as well as the highest bill for the month. I requested them to call me instead they sending me emails when I reply to their emails they do not reply back now I have a huge bill on my account that includes the ridiculous deposit that I am not willing to pay as it is not calculated properly I want someone to call me and explain to me in detail why do I have to pay such a huge deposit
