I have a chandelier with 12 halogen lamps. Best electrical were obtained to fix the transformer. They came out twice and installed a transformer that could not handle the load. Following the smell of burning plastic every time we switch on the light it went out. Another electrician came out and fixed the problem by installing LED bulbs - also alerted me to the fact that the transformer that was installed twice was too small to handle the load.

I contacted them demanding my money back as I had to pay for the transformer and the call out fees. They do not bother to get back to me.
