On the 11-04-13 while we were grieving to bury my brother, saw a smoke coming out of laptop power supply, proceeded to other items in the house, called an electrician to come and see what is going he then said everythinh is coming fine he suspected the transformer, caLLED 2 MORE ESKOM ELECTRICIAN WHO COULDNT FIND where the problem was.then on the 19-04-13, eskom announced that there will be a power off in the area, they were doing upgrades or something my father and elder brother called them that is when mr mokoena found out that there was wire hanging from the pole, we filled the claim forms now they said the fault happened beyond eskom s point of supply and there was no multi plug, what an arrogant answer someone can give you`, the transformer belongs to eskom and the was a plug at home, maybe this is the people who want to tarnish eskom s name or otherwise they dont care`, it doesnt make sense everyone knew there was a guy who had found out where the problem was.you can call this any ugly name you can find, it is an utter disrespect, dont care attitude, i need help, we bought those product and eskom doesnt want to own up and be responsible, we are being made liars and stupid, esk pls pay my pa
