To whom it may concern (send to ESKOM On 28/02/2013)
Please advice by when I can expect this refund on my account asap.
If I get my elec account I pay it duly, but Eskom owing me money I battle to get it from them. Will I also be refund the interest on this amount since 21/01/2013?
