I paid R76000 for a 16 kVA transformer to be installed at my residence in Majakaneng after Eskom indicated I have to install one. This transformer was not installed as promised. i was then connected to the general public transformer as a temporary measure. I then requested Eskom to refund my money as it seemed that they were not going to install the transformer.(paid R76000 in August 2012)
My monthly consumption is 600kWh why do I even need a transformer. My first complaint was done at the call centre on 19 april 2013.
On 18 June 2013 I had a meeting organised by Lerato (pa) to meet with Area Manager Ezekiel Baruti and Customer services person Maggy Mashego. They did not come for the meeting and did not answer their phones. When I eventually met with Maggy there was nothing prepared for the meeting.
I need help?
