SS Direct had debited my account without me giving authorisation. I called and was told they will investigate and get back to me in 24 hours and if found there was a mistake on their part will refund my money but they are not sure when. this has been happening for 3 months but this time it was a different company name ABC CONTACT and also from Durban. i have blocked the transaction but they use different ref number every month and it goes through all the time. i have ask FNB to assist because i' getting tired of going to the bank every month for reverse the transactions.
