No Feed received and matter not sorted out

Went to the bank to make a deposit, was initially making 2 deposits to different account BUT the cashier deposited the both monies into one account.

I know this I went to the bank to query it, they are the ones who told me that the money was deposited in one account and they will try to fix it.

the last I received response from them was that they are waiting authorisation to reverse the transaction BUT why does it take a month to receive an authorisation? the bank is at fault and must be able to assist because the have the proof.
