FNB refuses to help, when debit order was stopped

Upon opening my account, I was aware that I can stop payment or reverse a transaction, this facility I did use. on 14 November, I have changed payment option of on my direct axis loan from debit order to cash with direct axis but 1 December a debit order of R1552.34 went of I immediately tried to stop this payment on my cellphone (it did not allow me to), I then was refused at the bank because direct axis is part of FNB, now my point is that I am the consumer I pay the bank a monthly fee to perform transactions for me and I expect when request a transaction to be done it should be done because previously I did stop payment. Michelle told me because Direct Axis is part of FNB she cannot reverse transaction but she can do with any other account How is this possible that FNB can only stop or reverse an account not belonging to them isn't this wrong, secondly I took the loan out with direct axis and not FNB so I do not understand why is FNB withholding my money because if direct axis needs answers i'm the one answerable not FNB.
