BANK DEBITED WITHOUT AUTHORISATION

I just learned today that a company called HDL TradingFindaloan went into my account and debited R299 without my authorisation. I called the number given by FNB and the number is forever engaged. 021 202 0579 i sent them an email demanding they reverse the money and have not heard from them. This is, how do people just go into one's account and deduct money without authorisation. it is also strange banks allow this kind of thing to happen like this. This is matter that needs some police attention because really who how many people have gone through the same thing. I need advise on what to do next, opening a case against them or report them to the authorities who deals with these kind of problems.
