Direct axis makes a mistake and it is my fault

Good day

The problem I had with direct axis is that no one is willing to assist me. the problem I had with direct axis was that during the month of november to be particular it was 14 november my loan account debit order was changed to cash as I am currently under debt review but on the 1st December the debit order still went of my account when I called direct axis for assistance to help reverse no one is willing to help me .this is so wrong as direct axis was notified during the month to stop debit order and they did not do that accordingly. The consultant just told me that I need to contact the bank they must help me or I must email my complaint to an email address which was wrong as the email address said that it was invalid, when I called FNB bank they refused as they said it is not their problem and they cannot reverse it because direct axis is linked to them. My question now is that if direct axis cannot reverse my money and fnb then who can assist me? Another question I want to be answered is that If I notified direct axis to stop my debit order and if they did not do it how can it be my fault and why can't I get my money back?
