I had an appointment for 11h30, and they got the time of my appointment wrong with 30 minutes, and could just as well have chased me out of the salon like a beggar - I drove 40km to get to them, and when I got there at 11h27, they told me they cannot accommodate me because I was 30 minutes late (which I was not).
When I got home and checked an email to them with the time I booked (11h30) - they responded and said that was not the time confirmed via the phone, and that they did not re-check the time I had in the email, even though when I was there in the salon, they very adamantly referred to the email in which they said I confirmed the "correct" time as 11h00.
I have not had an apology from them, and they are accepting no responsibility for the mistake, EVEN THOUGH I HAVE IT ON EMAIL.
This was a pre-paid promotion I bought, so they couldn't care less I suppose because they thought I have already paid, so why treat me like a respectable customer?
It's I joke, and I would not recommend any company with such an bad attitude towards clients to anyone.
