A Brazilian blow wave hair appointment was cancelled ten minutes prior to the commencement of the appointment by the hair salon. This occurred, despite my confirmation of the appointment the day before! The owner was contacted and informed of the poor service. She too was unapologetic and advised me to make another appointment.
