I booked 2 Daddy's Deal Vouchers for "Hair Doo", aslo known as Emporium Health and Beauty Salon for a brazilian blow dry, cut, and an additional salon treatment to the value of R100 . My first worry was when i asked about the R100 voucher, and the staff at the Salon knew nothing about it, and said that the beautician no longer worked there. We arrived for our 11:30 appointement 15 minutes early - as requested (after a 90 Kilometre drive from jhb). On our arrival, Beth mentioned that there was a small problem - they did not have any product in the salon to do out Brazilian blow wave, but they were waiting for the rep to bring it through. After about a 15 minute wait, they said that perhaps it would be a better idea if we re-scheduled the appointment for about 1pm. I called the salon at ten to one, - and as they stil hadn't received the product I decided to have somehting to eat. we got back to the salon at 1:58, to be told that as we were late we would now have to wait and they would try and fit us in between their next 4 clients! I phoned the manageress - who, very professionaly told me to take my vouchers and get out of her Salon! Lovely!!!
