I had an appointment scheduled for Saturday the 15th of June. I made this appointment very far in advance as this was the only time they had available. I also made an EFT (I was told that this was the only way to get "special price" and schedule the appointment). I missed an important family engagement and drove a far distance to get to the appointment. When I arrived, the salon doors were closed with no notice. I called persistently and only managed to reach the man who owns the establishment on the Tuesday. He did not apologize when I told him he had missed the appointment but made an excuse and told me he has the incorrect number (I know that this was not the case). After I explained that I was inconvenienced, he said he would open the salon on the following Sunday (23 June) to rectify his mistake and would call me if anything changed. We checked that he had the correct number and he promised me free product. On the 23rd, I arrived (again from afar, having left an engagement early), and the salon was closed AGAIN, with no notice or phone call. This is the most unprofessional hair salon I have EVER dealt with and I wish for them to rectify this with me accordingly.
