Still waiting

I have been waiting for over a month for my key deposit to be paid back to me, i don't hear anything from the agency unless i call them to hear whats going on, they didn't even bother to tell me the problems when i was there the consultant (Nigel) said all was in order the next time i call he said they waiting for the quotation for the damages, then i told him that the stuff they querying was not done by me 2 weeks later i call to hear why the payment still hasn't been made he says they need to go back to the previous file to see. this is very poor and unprofessional service and i am not happy at all.
