Good Morning
In response to my previous Hello Peter Complaint (REQ:2304205), I received a call from MTN yesterday concerning the crack on my Samsung S3 where the lady said you were still waiting for me to pay for the damages. Unfortunately i did not get her name due to the fact that she said she was going to contact me again which never happened. I have made myself clear to numerous of you staff about my situation and i feel nothing is being done about it. You claim to be a service provider but the only service I have received is self service in the sense that I have made all the effort to find out what is happening so far.
It has almost been 3 weeks now.
