Good day, I want to complain regarding our deposit that we're still waiting for the amount of R8785.00. We have had so many problems with the renting agency and also they have rented out a house with double garage with a Jacuzzi, all in working condition. When we moved to Springs we hired a self-storage because the owners stuff was still in the garage and never fixed the Jacuzzi and the all the other stuff we were complaining about. For a year and a half they have never done anything and we still had to pay for the storage place. For 6 months we are waiting for our deposit. We went to the attorney and they didn't even reply. The attorney also sends forms to the Property board and tribunal. Still nothing is happening from the agency. Please help us as this money we need now urgently.
