Ad attitude and failure to respond

On 9 November 2012 we moved in. Inspection was done and the problems that needed attention was brought forward. An arrangement was made for the repairs that needed to be done by the landlord, but he failed to respond (first) we notified the agency that there is other problems on the property that also needed attention. After 4 emails on which the agency failed to respond. I beged and asked nicely. I had to call in just to hear they where "just about to call" me. The landlord and agency played for time for not fixing problems. But every end of the month the are quick to send a statement and ask for payment but the are not holding up there end of the contract!! The agency have a very very bad attitude and I'm sick and tired of being nice! My children can't even take a desend bath because they are not attending to the problems. I lost some of my belonings because a lack of response! Its very poor for a renting agency not to respond on emails and if the do they have a bad attitude and no respect for the one who they are emailing. 5 months and I'm still beging for repairs! I'm fedup! Never have I seen an agency and landlord being this unprofecional!
