I purchased a Hot Wheels Mega Loop Set for my son for Christmas on the 7th of November, the product had a 2 week delivery lead time. It is the 4th of December and I am yet to receive my order. Every time I phone into the call centre I get a different story. First the supplier could not give them an answer, then they were waiting for a response from logistics, then I am told that the 2 weeks is from when the deal closed and therefore i must wait another week. To call back the next day and then hear again that the delivery is late and they are waiting to hear from logistics.
After each call I get promised that my order is being escalated and that they will send out all the relevant mails and cc me in, I have never received one e-mail!!! On my 9th call in a 2 week period I was on hold for over 20 minutes and once i got through I asked to speak to a manager, who's name is Naomi, when she answered my call she pretended she could not hear me. I then phoned back and asked to speak to her again at which point she refused to take my call...
I am so fed up at this stage, and i am too scared to ask for a refund as I can see from every one elses complaints that they do not receive theirs
