Clint called me Friday 20 January 2012. I emailed my cv to him on that day. Then when I asked salary to avoid wasting his time and mine - he replied "market-related". Then I eventually get the amount from his account manager on the Monday. Instead of dealing with one consultant from this agency, I get emails from Felisha Samuels asking for other information. Why? I didn't hear from this agency in a month so I emailed them Thursday 23 February asking them for feedback. Suddenly I get reply that "I was still waiting for a skills matrix and that position you applied for has been filled". Surely if they care about recruiting people, they would have called or emailed me 2 weeks ago, but clearly they don't care about doing their job: ie. recruiting people
