I just want to have the opportunity to recognize an individual working at Placecol, Walmer Park. I originally became a client with a young lady called Debbie, who left the company. Thereafter I tried another consultant, whom I was not too happy with, and then just by luck, I had the opportunity to have Nazreen as my beauty therapist. I want to tell you that I am a Quality Manager in the Automotive industry and for me - good service is SO important. I have had a wonderful experience each and everytime I see her. I have had various facial treatments and even my full body massage was gorgeaous with Nazreen. She has a good knowledge of the products and I feel relaxed when I leave - as well as feeling good that whatever treatment I have had done - was done correctly and well. She deserves to be recognised for her profesionalism and her ability in being a great therapist. You have a customer for life (as long as she is there...!).
