When one of my Gardena appliances failed and since it was fairly new, I posted a complaint on the Gardena website.
My expectation being that if I was lucky I might at least receive an acknowledgement, maybe along the lines of an insurance company rebuttal.
Much to my surprise and delight, I received a prompt reply requesting delivery details so a replacement could be couriered to me.
A few days later and the replacement has been delivered. Thank you Gardena, it's good to know that you stand behind your products.
