I want to compliment this gentleman for his quick responses to my mails on two occasions already.
I am in Europe and sent a package home to SA but trusted to send the package without track n trace, two months has gone by already and I had no idea how I was going to find out where the package was pending. I mailed SAPO customer service and had a very quick response from Ben Blignaut requesting some details and soon thereafter mailed me back with feedback regarding the location of the package. The next day the package could be collected. That was just supa : )! Recently as well I sent a package and had once again excellent service from him as I was enquiring because the package took longer than expected.
This is what I call customer service.
