I'm expecting a package from the U.S. and, unfortunately, have experienced the same no-answer, inefficient, poor service from SAPO as many others. Then I found a web site that had many compliments about Ben Blignaut and his prompt response to enquiries about packages and their status. SO I emailed Ben and within 10 minutes received a reply about my package! As an American who knows what good customer service is, I was absolutely floored to get this kind of prompt, brilliant customer service from Ben. As we all know, customer service is all but non-existent in South Africa. You can have a coronary on the sales floor at Edgars and the girls won't even look up from texting their boyfriend. So my hat is off to Mr. Blignaut. His superiors and indeed anyone in SAPO needs to follow his example. Ben shouldn't have to carry the burden of delivering great service for the whole SAPO. Thank you, Ben!
