I recently logged a compliment with regards to Abacus Gardens for the excellent way in which I felt they had resolved the issues we had with our swimming pool heater that they put in. Subsequent to that and despite their commitment to resolve it - the heater has never worked and given that they seem unable to resolve our issues we wanted the guarantees for the various elements and would then resolve it ourselves - to date despite numerous emails requesting this - nothing has been forthcoming and our swimming pool is currently switched off as I am not prepared to waste days of electricity testing to see if it heats up.
I would be very careful before choosing Abacus as a supplier.
