SA Post Office
Package still not delivered after almost 3 months

I ordered some things online almost 3 months ago and they were supposed to be delivered to the post office but I still have not received a notification posted to me like a usually get to come and pick up the package. I used the online track and trace website but all it says is COLL DOC which means nothing to me. I know that the package was sent during the post office strike but you must have sorted out the problems by now. Please can you investigate what has happened to my package and arrange for them to post me a notification when it finally arrives at the post office.
