I purchased a Groupon voucher for a cut and colour at Emporium Hair and Beauty in Pretoria. Appointment was made a confirmed by sms. When i got to the salon, i was told the hairdresser was off sick. The lady i spoke to was rude and her attitude sucked. She clearly was not in the mood to help me at all. No apology offered for not contacting me to cancel appointment. I left and whilst driving to look for another hairdresser, i phoned the owner, who had smssed me to confirm the appointment. When i told her i was upset about the way i was treated by the rude shop assistant and about them not informing me about the hairdresser being sick, she told me: ' jou en moenie weer jou f*kken voete in my plek sit nie'. After which she put the phone down in my ear. Shocking an unacceptable.
