On 10 June 2013 I quickly ran into the Post Office to enquire regarding a post box. I stood in line for more than 10 minutes, until I eventually left, as there was only one person assisting a cue of customers; thus without an answer to my enquiry. This morning I phoned the Post Office regarding the same enquiry and was told that I should phone again next week. No post boxes available this week. This is surely not the first time - people complain all the time about the service of this post office. And why should you phone in every week for a post box - surely someone has thought about a waiting list or schedule.
So fed-up with this bad service!!
