My mother sent three boxes from Saudi Arabia containing items that were meant to be used by us her children. There was a microwave In one of the boxes. We received a note from the post office and we sent them the invoices that my mother had sent us. The parcels were delivered to Park South post office in Vanderbijlpark and when we got there, we found that the boxes had been openned, my mother's microwave was missing, and the boxes were near empty, left with worthless items and then sealed with a post office tape again. It is clear that the items in the boxes and tthe microwave were by people who handled the parcels. We are then requwsted to pay about R3000 for the box that contained the micrwave that is no longer there. We want to get to the bottom of this and find out who is responsible.
