We use the Post Office to send our Clients goods they purchased, for the second time our cleints complain that when they receive the goods the boxes look like it was taken out of a dustpin. The boxes is scew and badly damaged. Inside the boxes which costs us money to wrap with corrigated hardboard 4 times plus the boxes get wraped. Signs of This way up, Carefull Glass, Breakable... all the warning signs is there. But still the parcel is so badly damaged if you shake the box there is just clinging sounds...
I asked the Post office for Insurance yes if it get lost cheap only R6.00 more on the specific parcel but it does not cover for glass. It seems that they do not care insurance or not. They do not take pride in their job or other peoples posessions. If this is the case the post office should get people who takes pride in their JOB... Who is going cover this clients cost. No wonder people use other Courier companies, at least the goods get received in good condition. I want a reimbursement of what it cost to manufacture the goods. I will not let the post office ruin my business because I worked to hard to get to a point I am now.
