UPDATE>>> Just tried to call Post office again and got same response... nobody knows anything... Unreal... a usps parcel arrives in the country then from the Johannesburg International Mail centre it DISSAPPEARS!!! Rodney at The Bromhof post office claims it is not at the post office but ITS ON HIS INVENTORY list which he cant confirm when the bag arrives in the morning from the hub because its tied up and he just signs the release form for the bag of parcels/envelopes!!!.. the mail centre says it isnt there and the distribution hub also states that its gone... what the heck?? >>> its a registered parcel and supposed to go through checkpoints and be updated but on the sapo tracking system its current status is " in transit"... im told to fill out a a query form and it can take 30 days!!!

Please do not say according to the system it is at the Bromhof post office_ I have been there twice and according to Rodney the postmaster IT IS NOT THERE. the parcel is on the inventory list yes but there is nothing at the post office. Kindly explain.
