Several parcels stuck ''In Transit'' in PTA

Good day,

I have 3 parcels stuck in the ''In Transit'' stage throughout Pretoria.

Parcel A was mailed via registered mail on the 24th of April with last tracking update made on the 26th of April.
Parcel B was mailed via registered mail on the 30th of April with last tracking update made on the 6th of May.
Parcel C was mailed via Speed Services, Counter to Counter on the 10th of May with last tracking update made on the 11th.

I have emailed customer care but have had no response. I have also enquired as to the whereabouts of these parcels from my local Post Office & have simply been told the parcels are still coming.

Can someone please urgently let me know what the hold up is, some of these parcels have been en route for nearly a month - I am fearful that my parcels have been.
