I've had it with this rubbish of a company! Back in 2009/10, they phoned me giving me this "wonderful" product, my foot. Within a month I went to use my vouchers but non of the listed suppliers knew of them. Many hours spent on the phone trying to get hold of them, I finally got through and I told them I wanted to cancel since where ever i went with their vouchers they either told me they dont know anything about them or that a new management had taken over and they are not working with amazing vouchers. I then cancelled the membership as I stay in Richards Bay and I was not getting the services I was paying for. After a lot of hassles I spoke to a woman named Michelle ad she said I should send an email to some woman or man who had a Muslim name and I cant remember who the person was becuase I had left the company I worked for at time and I dont have the records anymore. They carried on debiting my acc until I put a stop order they kept changing there reference but I wud find that out and stop it again. Until last month when I drew a statement on my account only to find aout that they had been debiting again, I foned again last week but nobody had got back to me I will sue them!
