My parcel was sent from the US Via USPS and i tracked it till it reached international parcels in South Africa which was on the 7 February 2013 it is now nearly a month and i can not get any help from the post office they say can`t help due to being a CJ tracking number or they never answer there phones and you stay on hold for 20 minuets My wife and daughter have been trying to phone as i am out of the country working only back Friday 8th March they have also been to post office with no luck from them or help
how can i find out what is going on with my parcel as i have the USPS tracking number but no one wants to help in the SA post office
