I purchased a SERTA bed and base set which was around R6000 from BEARS, but unfortunately lost the receipt I did however obtain and affidavit and submitted it to SERTA (LYLAX) and for some reason now the warranty is not being honoured and the call centre agent advised that SERTA beds were not sold by BEARS this is untrue as I did purchased the base and bed from BEARS. Kindly assist.
